We focus mainly on corn, barley, rye, and wheat. It's more than a source of pride knowing that the grain you use is Texas grown. It's a building block for something that's genuine.

By the bag or by the truckload.

We store each individual grain batch in 2,000-pound bags and warehouse them so we're always ready. We also have truckloads available to supply the scale of larger distilling operations.

Serving Texas farmers.

Apex Grain Company can trace our roots back to the early 1900s. We will continue to serve the needs of Texas farmers while also growing to meet the expanding needs of a new breed of Lone Star distillers.

Anything less than Texas grown goes against our grain.

We're proud to connect the Texas grower and the Texas distiller from our advanced facility in Hill County.

We sell and market locally grown grain to create the foundation for distilled spirits made in Texas.

Texans have always been known for doing things their own way. Lately, that's been manifested in a revolution of distilling hard liquor with a unique Texas flair. The essence of Texas is not just in the liquor that's made here. It's in the land, the grain, the hands that work the soil. And that's why we created Apex Specialty Grains.

We've worked exclusively with Texas farmers for generations. Now we're bringing a pure Texas approach to distillers across the state.

Located on Interstate 35, Hillsboro is the county seat of Hill County and offers easy access to the Metroplex, Waco, Austin, and San Antonio. Houston is just a short jump over to I-45. You call. We're ready to roll.
